IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR JOURNEY
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND VISAS
MAKE SURE YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENT IS VALID FOR YOUR DESTINATION AND ALL TRANSIT POINTS. YOUR PASSPORT SHOULD BE VALID FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ARRIVAL TO MOST COUNTRIES. WE ADVISE EACH TRAVELER TO HAVE A COPY OF THEIR TRAVEL DOCUMENT IN THE EVENT THE DOCUMENT IS LOST, STORED IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION THAN THE ORIGINAL. ALSO CHECK VISA REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR DESTINATION AND ALL TRANSIT POINTS.
FLIGHT TICKET:
PASSENGERS MUST FOLLOW ALL FARE RULES OF THE PURCHASED TICKET. ALL FLIGHT COUPONS MUST BE USED FROM THE POINT OF ORIGIN, IN ORDER, AS SHOWN ON THE FLIGHT TICKET. TICKETS ARE NOT VALID IF SAID RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED AND THE REST OF THE TICKET WILL BE CANCELLED BY THE AIRLINE WITHOUT ANY REFUND. TICKETS MUST BE ISSUED IN THE SAME NAME AS SHOWN IN THE PASSPORT. TICKETS ARE NONTRANSFERABLE.
BAGGAGE:
WE ADVISE PASSENGERS TO CHECK THE CURRENT SAFETY REGULATIONS AND ALLOWED QUANTITY AND WEIGHT OF LUGGAGE.
ARRIVING AT THE AIRPORT:
PASSENGERS ARE ADVISED TO ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT IN ADVANCE TO GET SAFELY THROUGH ALL CHECK-IN, IMMIGRATION AND SECURITY PROCEDURES. DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL TIMES ARE SHOWN AS LOCAL TO THE CURRENT DESTINATION ON THE FLIGHT TICKET. OUR TRAVEL AGENCY IS PLEASED TO ADVISE PASSENGERS REGARDING VISAS, PASSPORT QUESTIONS, HEALTH AND OTHERS REGULATIONS. HOWEVER, OUR TRAVEL AGENCY CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THE PASSENGERS FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH NECESSARY REGULATIONS.
IS THERE A PERFECT ARRIVAL TIME AT THE AIRPORT FOR DEPARTURE?
GENERALLY WE RECOMMEND PASSENGERS ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE. CHECK-IN COUNTERS ARE OPEN AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE FLIGHT DEPARTURES. TO SAVE YOU TIME WE RECOMMEND THAT PASSENGERS CHECK-IN ELECTRONICALLY BEFORE TRAVELLING TO THE AIRPORT. CONCTACT THE AIRLINE OR YOUR TRAVEL AGENCY IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHAT TIME YOU MUST BE AT THE AIRPORT BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE. THIS RULE IS VALID FOR PASSENGERS IN ECONOMY CLASS, ON MOST EUROPEAN FLIGHTS. WARNING! FOR INTERCONTINENTAL FLIGHTS AND FOR FLIGHTS WITH HIGHER SECURITY PROCEDURES, MORE TIME IS NEEDED FOR CHECK-IN AT THE AIRPORT.
IN WHAT CASES IS MORE TIME REQUIRED?
AREAS WITH INCREASED SAFETY RULES: RUSSIAN FEDERATION, ISRAEL, TURKEY, STATES IN THE MIDDLE EAST (SAUDI ARABIA, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, …). THE UNITED STATES IS ALSO AMONG THE AREAS WITH INCREASED SECURITY RULES. PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE AT THE AIRPORT 3 HOURS PRIOR TO THEIR FLIGHT TO CHECK-IN.
WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS A QUEUE AT THE AIRPORT?
ASK THE INFORMATION COUNTER OF THE AIRLINE YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH WHEN AND WHERE THE CHECK-IN FOR YOUR FLIGHT WILL BE.
WHY RESPECT THIS RULE?
AIRLINES MUST FOLLOW STRICT SECURITY RULES REGARDING CHECK-IN AND BOARDING OF EACH AIRCRAFT, WHICH VARY DEPENDING ON DESTINATION AND AIRLINE (OR COMBINATION OF AIRLINES). UNKNOWN AIRPORT, TAXI WAITING IN A QUEUE, TRANSFER TIME NEEDED AT THE AIRPORT ARE ALL REASONS WE RECOMMEND PASSENGERS GO TO THE AIRPORT AN HOUR EARLIER. THIS WAY YOU WILL HAVE TIME FOR CHECK-IN, WILL NOT MISS YOUR FLIGHT, AIRLINE WILL NOT SELL YOUR SEAT ON A PRE-SOLD FLIGHT AND YOU CAN TRAVEL STRESS FREE. DRINK SOME COFFEE, HANDLE EMAILS AND CONTINUE WITH YOUR FLIGHT TO YOUR FINAL DESTINATION.
